摘要
基于某C级轿车实测数据在ADAMS/car中建立了整车多体动力学模型和虚拟2D比利时试验场路面模型,并以该路面耐久性行驶工况为输入条件,结合多体仿真、载荷虚拟迭代和道路载荷数据采集等技术获取了路面车辆的工作载荷。试验结果表明,比利时路面载荷预测仿真结果与测试结果在时域、幅值频次趋势基本一致,该方法可有效预测比利时路面车辆的动态载荷,同时可为整车及零部件的疲劳寿命分析和结构优化提供载荷输入条件。
A multi-body dynamics model of a C-class car and a 2D virtual Belgian road model are built in Adams/car based on the measured data, and the durability driving conditions are used as input condition. The workload of the road vehicle is obtained by the combination of technologies like multi-body simulation, load virtual iteration and the road load data acquisition and etc. The test results indicate that the Belgian road load predication & simulation results and test results are basically consistently in time domain, amplitude frequency trend, this method can effectively predict the dynamic loads of the vehicle on the Belgian road. Meanwhile, this method can also be used in fatigue life analysis and structure optimization of the vehicle and components as input load condition.
