改良Bianchi术治疗中低位隐睾的临床研究

The modified Bianchi operation for treatment of medium and low cryptorchidism

目的对比研究改良Bianchi睾丸下降固定术和传统睾丸下降固定术在中低位隐睾治疗中的应用效果。方法选择该院住院行手术治疗的70例中低位隐睾患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用改良Bianchi术治疗,对照组选择传统经腹股沟及阴囊切口睾丸下降固定术治疗。结果观察组患者手术时间明显缩短(P<0.05),且切口长度比对照组短(P<0.05),而观察组的术中出血量和平均住院日与对照组之间不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在中低位隐睾的治疗中采用改良Bianchi手术,切口较小,手术效果良好。

[ Objective] To compare the effect of modified Bianchi operation and traditional orchiopexy in the treatment of medium and low undeseended testicle. [ Methods ] 70 cases of patients with medium and low undescended testicle were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases each . The patients in observation group received modified Bianchi operation, and control group received traditional orchiopexy. [ Results ] The operation time, length of incision in the observation group were obviously declined than thosein control group（P 〈0.05）. There were no obvious difference of bleeding loss in operation and average length of staybetween the two groups（P 〉0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Modified Bianchi operation got smaller incision and better effect in the treatment of medium and low undescended testicle.
