摘要
在飞机零件生产中,普遍采用拉弯成形工艺制造型材弯曲件来减小回弹,以提高制造精度,尤其是框缘类零件。详细介绍了A-7B数控转臂式拉弯机的主要结构组成、拉弯成形操作过程及工艺流程、工艺参数设置和拉弯成形能力分析方法。以客机变截面变曲率Y型常规铝合金和T型新型铝锂合金框缘零件拉弯成形技术为实例,阐述了数控拉弯机在飞机框缘类型材成形中的应用现状,并展望了型材拉弯成形技术的发展趋势。
In the production of aircraft parts, the stretch bending forming is widely used for the manufacture of bending profile in order to reduce the springback and improve the quality of components, especially for aircraft frames and strips. The main structure of machine, stretch bending operating and forming process, process parameter setting and stretch bending ability of A -7B CNC stretch bending form- ing machine were introduced. The example of CNC stretch bending forming machine application to common Y - shaped AI alloy with vari- ous section and curvature and new T - shaped A1 - Li alloy frames were introduced, and the development trend of stretch bending forming technology was forecasted.
