摘要
介绍了热模锻液压机的结构、主要性能参数和使用要求,设计出滑块动作回路,并详细论述了其组成部分的工作原理。回路的集成控制阀块采用二通插装阀控制油路中的油流方向、压力和流量,具有流阻小、响应快、内泄漏少、启闭特性和过载保护性能好的特点。采用比例柔性泄压技术将比例溢流阀的设定压力按一定曲线缓慢调整为0,达到缓慢卸压的目的,使压机运行平稳,降低震动和噪音;并设有防止滑块支承失效的双阀支承阀组及可靠的压力安全保险装置,使滑块动作可靠和稳定。各控制阀按程序动作,实现滑块0~15 mm·s-1工作速度的无级可编程控制,压机效率可提高到40 s完成一次压制循环,满足设备使用和各项性能参数的要求。实践证明设计合理、性能可靠,可在相关行业上使用。
The structure, main performance parameters and operating requirement of hot die forging hydraulic press were introduced, a slider action circuit was designed and the working principle of its constitution was detailed discussed. The two - port cartridge valve was used as integrated control valve block circuit to control the flow direction, pressure and flow of oil, which has merits of small flow resistance, quick response, less leakage, opening and closing characteristics and good overload protection performance. The proportion of flexi- ble pressure relief technology was used to slowly adjust the setting pressure of proportional overflow valve to be 0 according to a certain curve, which can unload pressure, thereby, the compressor runs smoothly, and the vibration and noise reduce. A double valve supporting valve group was used to prevent the slider bearing failure, and there was reliable pressure safety device, so that the slider action was relia- ble and stabile. Each control valve acts with order to achieve stepless programmable control of slider with 0 - 15 mm· s -1 working speed and compressor efficiency can get to 40 s to complete a pressing cycle, which meet the requirements of equipment use and various perform- ance parameters. Practice proves that the design is reasonable, performance is reliable, and it can be used in related industries.
