圆管异形孔冲裁工艺设计及有限元模拟 被引量:11

Process design and numerical simulation on shaped hole blanking of steel round pipe

摘要 为了提高圆管壁部多异形孔冲裁的工作效率和优化冲裁断面质量,采用对冲工艺,设计出了双斜楔式对冲冲孔模和4种不同形式的凸模对圆管进行冲裁。利用Deform软件,对不同冲头形式下圆管异形孔的冲裁过程进行数值模拟,得到了单冲过程和对冲过程下圆管的受力情况,并对比分析了不同冲头形式下冲孔的断面形貌及载荷-行程曲线。结果表明,对冲工艺在提高工作效率的同时可使管件在冲裁时受力更加稳定;基于各种冲头形式下冲裁变形机理的不同,使用凹面凸模可提高断面质量,缩短模具行程;使用尖凸模可减小冲裁力,延长模具寿命。 To improve the processing efficiency of shaped hole blanking for steel round pipe and optimize the section quality, a process called face to face blanking was adopted, a double-wedged punching die and four kinds of punches were designed and the blanking process of shaped holes of round pipe with different punches were simulated by Deform and the stress situation of the round pipe in single blanking and face to face blanking were obtained, then the load-stroke curves and section qualities in different punches were analyzed contrastively. The results show that the process of face to face blanking can improve the working efficiency and stability of the pipe under the force. Dif- ferent kinds of punches have different deformation mechanisms, the concave blade punch can improve the section quality and shorten the stroke, while the pointed blade punch can decrease the blanking force and extend the life of the mould.
