关于我国新一轮土地制度改革

On a New Round of Land System Reform in China

土地问题是破解"三农"难题的核心与关键所在。中共十八届三中全会从统领全局的战略高度为我国土地制度指明了改革方向以及为未来改革进程勾勒了路径图。为此,应明确我国新一轮土地制度改革的主要内容,并注意土地制度改革推进过程中的关键性问题。

The land problem is the core and the key of ’three agriculture problems’ in China. The direction of reform about land system w as pointed out and the path graph of the future reform w as outlined from the strategic height of the overall in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China（ CPC）. To this end,this paper analyzes the main content of a new round of land system reform,and points out several key problems that should be paid attention to in the process of land system reform.
