基于电导法的5种草本花卉在武汉地区的耐寒性研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]测定5种草本花卉叶片和花的耐寒性。[方法]采用电导法测定相对电导度,配合Logistic方程测定半致死温度。[结果]低温处理下5个品种间耐寒性强弱差异明显,但香雪球(Lobularia maritima)的耐寒性强弱与露地观察表现有一定差异。黄晶菊(Chrysanthemum multicaule)、白晶菊(Chrysanthemum paludosum)、花毛茛(Ranunculus asiaticus)、香雪球和垂吊三色堇(Viola hybrida waterfall)叶片和花瓣的半致死温度分别为-14.85和-3.50、-16.48和-23.50、-13.78和-17.98、-26.61和-3.55、-36.79和-2.33℃。[结论]该研究可为5种草本花卉在武汉地区的生产应用提供科学依据。 [Objective] The cold resistance of leaves and petals of 5 herbaceous flowers were determined.[Method] The relative conductivity and semilethal temperature were determined with electric conductivity method.[Result] The cold resistance of 5 herbaceous flowers had remarkable difference with low temperature.But the cold resistance of Loblaria maritima were difference between electric conductivity method and field observation.The semilethal temperature of Chrysanthemum multicaule,Chrysanthemum paludosum,Ranunculus asiaticus,Lobularia maritima and Viola hybrida waterfall of leaves and petals were-14.85 and-3.50,-16.48 and-23.50,-13.78 and-17.98,-26.61 and-3.55,-36.79 and-2.33 ℃.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for production and application of 5 herbaceous flowers in Wuhan.
