摘要
[目的]为监测并掌握有机肥中营养元素含量.[方法]分析有机肥的品质,探究不同前处理方法对有机肥中9种营养元素处理效果,建立使用微波消解法提取,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定有机肥中磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硼等9种营养元素的方法.同时,对该方法的准确性和可靠性进行评价.[结果]该方法提取效率高,与现行农业部标准法测定的结果不存在差异.采用国家水系沉积物标准物GBW07311、GBW07312及土壤标准物GBW07404、GBW07407进行验证试验,其测定数值与标准值吻合;磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硼检出限分别为0.0070、0.100 0、0.003 0、0.001 0、0.0060、0.002 0、0.002 0、0.0009、0.001 0 mg/L,样品加标回收率在96.94% ~ 103.59%之间,精密度(RSD)均小于10%.[结论]该方法可准确测定有机肥料中多种营养元素,提高灵敏度和工作效率,适应现代检测工作发展的要求.
[Objective] The research aimed to monitor and understand the content of 9 nutrient elements in organic manure.[Method] The quality of organic manure was analyzed,the different pretreatment methods were compared for extraction efficiency to phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron,copper,manganese,zinc,boron in organic manure.An analysis method by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES) and extraction for the 9 nutrient elements based on microwave-digestion was established in this study.The recovery and precision of the method was validated.[Result] The proposed method was highly efficient in the extraction,had no differences in detection results to the standard method of the Ministry of Agriculture.The method was validated with Chinese national standard material of GBW07311,GBW07312,GBW07404 and GBW07407.The detected values for the 9 elements were in good agreement with the published recommended values.The limits of detection of phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron,copper,manganese,zinc,boron were 0.007 0,0.100 0,0.003 0,0.001 0,0.006 0,0.002 0,0.002 0,0.000 9,0.001 0 mg/L,respectively.The overall recovery were 96.94%-103.59%.The relative standard deviations (RSD) of all determined elements were less than 10%.[Conclusion] This method could be used accurately for detection of 9 nutrient elements in organic manure,which could be used for the determination of multielements,increased detection sensitivity and efficient,and met the requirements of the modem testing work.
