Safety Status of Agricultural Products in China and Countermeasures

目前,我国农产品安全生产的现状不容乐观,包括农业生态环境日益恶化、农业化学用品的不当使用或过量使用、农产品再加工过程的手段落后或先进技术的使用不当。国外转基因农产品的流入、有害生物的入侵,农业保护体系在世界市场中的边缘化等,促使我国必须采取优化农业生态环境,健全农业化学用品的使用机制,完善农产品生产加工质量安全标准体系,参照国际农产品市场标准建立产供销一体化的模式等行之有效的应对策略。

The current situation of the safety in production of agricultural products in China allows of no optimist,include：the agricultural ecological environment worsens day by day,improper or excessive use of agricultural chemistry articles,the adopt of outdated or advance technology in the reprocessing of agricultural products,inflow of foreign transgenic agricultural products,invasion of harmful organism.The marginalization in the world market of agricultural protection system,impel us to optimize the agricultural ecological environment,perfect the mechanism of using of the agriculture chemistry articles,improve the quality safety standard system of producing and processing of agricultural products,set up effectual countermeasure such as the integrated mode of production-supply-marketing according to the standard of international market for farm products.
