重庆彭水烟叶化学成分不同年份间变异分析

Variation Analysis of Chemical Composition in Tobacco in Different Years in Pengshui County,Chongqing City

[目的]掌握重庆市彭水县烟叶品质质量的时间变异特征.[方法]对彭水县2005 ～ 2013年上（B2F）、中（C3F）、下（X2F）部烟叶的化学成分进行分析.[结果]在2005 ～ 2013年的烟叶生产中,氯含量的变异系数较大,而其他化学成分含量的变异幅度基本在30％上下.从不同部位烟叶来看,各化学成分有逐渐稳定的趋势.从不同部位烟叶间对比来看,下部叶各化学成分年度间变异要大于中上部叶.[结论]彭水县烤后烟叶氯含量在年度间存在广泛的变异,是影响烟叶稳定的主要因素,中上部烟叶稳定性较好.

[Objective] To obtain temporal variation characteristics of tobacco quality in Pengshui County,Chongqing City.[Method] The chemical components of upper leaves （B2F）,middle （C3F）,bottom （X2F） of tobacco leaf in Pengshui County from 2005 to 2013 were analyzed.[Result] The results showed that the tobacco leaf production in 2005-2013,variation coefficient of the content of chlorine is bigger,and the other basic around 30％ of variability in chemical composition content.From different parts,the chemical components have gradually stable trend ; From comparison between different parts,between the chemical composition of the lower leaves of the annual variation is greater than the upper leaves.[Conclusion] Chlorine content has a wide range of inter-annual variability,who is the major factor affecting stability of tobacco in Pengshui,better stability in the upper leaves.
