摘要
以"基础-综合-系统-创新"基因工程教学改革体系为背景,对教学方法进行了如下改革:1在"基础"理论教学过程中,主要采用问题导向式、启发式、讨论式、案例式等教学方法;2在"综合性"理论教学和实习教学中,主要采用合作学习、探究学习等教学方法;3在"系统"教学中,主要采用案例教学法和项目教学法;4在"创新"教学上,主要采用模拟训练法和实战训练法等教学方法。通过上述教学改革,旨在提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,更重要的是培养学生的科研能力和创新精神,同时激发教师的教学潜能,提高教师的科研能力。
The reform teaching methods in "genetic engineering",under the background of "basic,integrated,systematic,innovative",were as follows:①On "basic",the main teaching methods were problem-oriented,heuristic,discussion,case teaching method,and so on.②On "integrated",the methods of cooperative learning and inquiry learning were the main.③On "systematic",case teaching and project teaching method was the chief;④On "innovative",simulation and actual combat training method was the main.The teaching reforms not only improved the students' interest in learning,but also cultivated the students' ability to analyze and solve the problem,the more important was to cultivate the students' scientific research ability and creative spirit,to stimulate the teaching potential,and improve the teachers' ability of scientific research.
