摘要
采用1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDE)、1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚(HDE)、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(GDE)、二噁唑啉(PBO)等对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂进行反应挤出改性。通过特性黏度、力学性能等的测试,对比扩链剂的扩链效果。结果表明,HDE扩链效果最佳,添加质量分数0.5%HDE样品的特性黏度从0.588dL/g增加到0.72dL/g,拉伸和弯曲强度增加明显。改性后的PET玻璃化转变温度降低,热结晶温度升高,更有利于PET的结晶。
Poly(ethylene terephthalate) was modified by 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDE),1,6-hexanediol diglycidyl ether(HDE), glycol diglycidyl ether (GDE), 2,2-(1,4- phenylene) bis(2-oxazoline) (PBO),ect. By testing intrinsic viscosity and mechanical prop- erties, the effects of chain extenders were compared. The results indicate that HDE is the most effective extender. Intrinsic viscosity of the sample with the addition of 0. 5% HDE is promoted from 0.588 dL/g to 0.72 dL/g. The tensile and flexural strength increase significantly.
