摘要
采用计算机辅助工程分析软件对制件的浇口位置与尺寸以及流道尺寸进行了优化设计。分析了浇口的深度、宽度和流道深度对制件变形量的影响。结合正交试验,研究得出了以变形量最小为目标值的最佳浇注系统设计参数组合,获得了高质量的制件,缩短了产品设计开发周期。
Location and size of gate, channel size of part were optimized by means of CAE software. The effects of the depth and width of gate, and depth of runner on the a mount of warpage were analysed. Combined with target design, gating system of the optimum parameters with the minimum deformation target were obtained. High quality parts are obtained,and product design and development cycle is shortened.
