铁对蛋白核小球藻生长及营养品质的影响 被引量:9

Effect of iron on growth and nutritional quality of Chlorella pyrenoidosa

摘要 目的通过向培养液中添加不同浓度的氯化铁来研究铁对小球藻的生长和营养品质的影响。方法用不同浓度的氯化铁培养小球藻,检测小球藻生长曲线、生物量、叶绿素a,β-胡萝卜素,蛋白质及可溶性糖含量的变化。结果当铁的浓度为25μmol·L-1时,小球藻生长最旺盛,生物量和富集量分别达到5.59g·L-1和995.17μg·g-1。同时伴随有叶绿素a、β-胡萝卜素、蛋白质及可溶性糖含量的升高,与对照组相比,增幅分别为75.2%,14.9%,11.7%,15.9%。当铁浓度升高到50μmol·L-1时,藻的生长及各项指标都明显低于对照组,同时出现藻液变黄甚至藻体死亡现象。结论铁的浓度为25μmol·L-1时,为小球藻生长的最适浓度,同时小球藻的营养成分含量均最高。 Objective To study the iron on the growth and der different iron concentrations. Methods Biomass and nutrient contents of Chlorella pyrenoidosa uncontents of chlorophyll α, β-carotene, protein and soluble carbohydrate were analyzed. Results When C. pyrenoidosa exposed to 25 μmol· L-1 of Fe3+ , the algae had the highest growth and biomass. The biomass and amount of enrichment were 5.59 g ·L-Sand 995.17μg·g-1. Also, the contents of chlorophyllα, β-carotene, protein and polysaccha- ride were 75.2%, 14. 9%, 11.7%, 15.9% higher than the control respectively. When the iron concen- tration increased to 50 μmol·L-1 , the growth and the physiological indexes were significantly lower than the control, and algae medium turned yellow and even the algae died. Conclusion The optimal concentration of Fe3+ in medium was 25μmol·L-11 , which could stimulate the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa and improve the quality of nutrient such as chlorophyll α, β-carotene, protein and soluble car- bohydrate.
