摘要
文中对深冷壁面结霜过程进行了理论研究。综合考虑对流传热、相变潜热和辐射传热的影响,通过质量平衡、能量平衡,采用准稳态的方法建立了深冷表面的结霜过程数学模型及计算求解方法,研究了霜层生长规律、霜层物性和结霜过程传热量等随时间的变化规律。提供了一种能够进行深冷工况霜层生长规律和霜层物性预测的计算方法。
In this paper, frost layer growth on cryogenic flat plate was analyzed theoretically. A quasi - steady model for trost growth on cryogenic fiat plate and its solution were built through mass balance and energy balance by considering various heat transfer modes such as convection, latent heat and solar radiation. The law of frost growth, the development of physical properties of the frost layer and heat transfer with time were studied. Method for predicting frost layer growth and physical properties of the frost layer was provided here.
