Discussions on Evaluation Method of Good Credit Record Preferred with Reasonable Low Pricing in Highway Engineering Construction Bidding

分析国内目前常用的几种公路工程施工评标办法的局限性,探讨使用信用优选合理低价评标办法,突出企业诚信建设的重要性,并提出该评标办法需要进一步探讨的问题。信用优选合理低价评标办法现已在广东省佛山市公路工程施工招标中试用。

The paper aims to analyze the limitations of several evaluation methods which are commonly used in current domestic highway engineering construction bidding, to explore the usage of credit optimization reasonable low bid evaluation method, to highlight the importance of enterprise＇s credit record, and raise some questions that need further discussion according to the method. So far the bidding evaluation method of good credit record being preferred with reasonable low quoted price has been on trial in highway engineering construction bidding in Foshan city of Guangdong province.
