相变粗集料在冷拌沥青混合料中的应用 被引量:7

Application of Phase Change Coarse Aggregate in Cold Mix Asphalt Mixture

摘要 选用多孔火山岩作为基体,聚乙二醇(PEG)作为相变材料,采用真空吸附的方法,将聚乙二醇吸附于多孔火山岩表面孔结构中,经环氧包封,制备出应用于冷拌沥青混合料中的相变粗集料;通过综合热分析仪对相变粗集料的储热性能进行表征,依据规范要求,对掺入了相变粗集料的相变冷拌沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、路面降温效果进行评价。试验结果表明:相变粗集料的相变起始温度为42.8℃,相变焓为43.5J/g,压碎值为17.4%;掺入相变粗集料的冷拌沥青混合料,马歇尔稳定度为7.3kN,流值为3.9mm,TSR为82.4%;经室外温度测试,降低路面温度3.6℃左右。 Chose porous volcanic rock as a matrix, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a phase change material, the Phase change-Coarse Aggregates used in cold mix asphalt mixture is prepared by vacuum impregnation method, afterwards is encapsulated by a thin layer of cured epoxy resin. Through comprehensive thermal analyzer for thermal storage properties of the Phase change-coarse aggregate are characterized. According to specification requirements, the high temperature stability, water stability and surface cooling effect of the cold mix asphalt mixture which mixed with Phase change-coarse aggregate are evaluated. The results show that: Phase change enthalpy and onset temperature of Phase change-coarse aggregate are about 43.5J/g and 42.8℃, crushing value is 17.9% ; the cold mix asphalt mixture which mixed with Phase change-coarse aggregate's Marshall-stability is 7.3kN, current value is 3.9mm, TSR is 82.4%. After the outdoor temperature test, road surface temperature is reduced by about 3.6 ℃.
