化浊解毒方对幽门螺杆菌相关性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜病理的影响

Effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula on Histopathological Performance of Gastric Mucosa in Patients With Hp-Related Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的观察化浊解毒法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法将60例Hp相关性CAG患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予化浊解毒方,每天1剂,早晚空腹服用;对照组给予三联杀菌药物口服,阿莫西林、克拉霉素每次各0.5g,每日2次口服,疗程10天,兰索拉唑肠溶片每次15mg,每日1次,晨起空腹服,两组均治疗1个月。观察两组治疗后胃黏膜组织的病理分级及Hp根除率。结果治疗组Hp根除率为85.71%,对照组为86.21%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后萎缩病理分级中无萎缩、中度、重度构成比与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后轻度、重度萎缩构成比与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后无萎缩、重度构成比与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论化浊解毒法能有效控制Hp感染,疗效与抗生素相当,而改善胃黏膜病理分级优于三联杀菌药物。

Objective To observe the effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Formula （turbidity-transtormmg toxin-resolving formula） on patients with Hp-related chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods Sixty cases of CAG were ran- domized into the treatment group and control group, with 30 in each. The treatment group was given Huazhuo Jiedu Formula one dose daily. The control group was given triple bactericidal drugs （0.5 g amoxieillin and 0. 5 g clarithro- myein twice daily for 10 days） and 15rag lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets once daily. The treatment lasted for 1 month. The pathological form of gastric mucosa and Hp eradication rate were observed in both groups after treatment. Results The Hp eradication rate in the treatment group and control group was 85.71% and 86.21% respectively, with no significant difference between groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment in the constituent ratios of no atrophy, moderate atrophy and severe atrophy in the treatment group （P 〈 0. 05）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment in the constituent ratios of mild atrophy and severe atrophy in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between groups in the constitu- ent ratios of no atrophy and severe atrophy after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The turbidity-transforming toxin-resolving therapy can effectively control Hp infection, with a same effect as compared with antibiotics and a better pathological effect as compared with triple bactericidal drugs.
