自拟消白汤联合复方甘草酸苷、复方卡力孜然酊治疗儿童白癜风90例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-Made Xiaobai Decoction Combined With Compound Glycyrrhizin and Compound Kali Ziran Tincture for 90 Children Vitiligo

目的探讨自拟消白汤联合复方甘草酸苷、复方卡力孜然酊治疗儿童白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将144例患儿随机分为治疗组90例及对照组54例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷片25mg,每日3次口服;复方卡力孜然酊局部外用,每日两次。治疗组在此基础上加自拟清白汤每日1剂,早晚温服。两组均治疗3个月,疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效,并进行治疗组患儿不同中医证型的疗效比较,同时观察不良反应。结果治疗组90例中痊愈22例(24.44%),显效49例(54.44%),好转15例(16.67%),无效4例(4.45%),愈显率78.88%,总有效率95.55%。对照组54例中痊愈5例(9.26%),显效17例(31.48%),好转22例(40.74%),无效10例(18.52%),愈显率40.74%,总有效率81.48%。两组愈显率及总有效率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组不同中医证型间愈显率和总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论自拟消白汤联合复方甘草酸苷、复方卡力孜然酊治疗儿童白癜风临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To research the efficacy and safety of self-made Xiaobai Decoctton（ decocnon Ior lnmOl- ring vitiligo） combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin and Compound Kali Ziran Tincture for children with vitiligo. Methods Totally 144 children vitiligo were randomized into the treatment group of 90 children and control group of 54 children. The treatment group was given self-made Xiaobai Decoction one dose daily, 1 tablet （25 mg） Compound Glycyrrhizin three times daily and topical application of Compound Kali Ziran Tincture twice daily. The control group was given the same treatment but the decoction. One treatment course lasted for 3 months. The efficacy and TCM syn- drome efficacy were observed and compared after treatment. Results There were 22 cases （24. 44% ） cured, 49 cases （54.44%） markedly effective, 15 cases （16.67%） improved and 4 cases （4.45%） invalid in the treatment group, with a markedly effective rate of 78.88% and total effective rate of 95.55%. There were 5 cases （9.26%） cured, 17 cases （31.48%） markedly effective, 22 cases （40.74%） improved and 10 cases （ 18.52% ） invalid in the control group, with a markedly effective rate of 40. 74% and total effective rate of 81.48%. There were significant differences between groups in the markedly effective rate and total effective rate （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between different TCM syndromes in the markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group （P 〉 0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion The combo therapy of self-made Xiaobai Decoction, Compound Glycyrrhizin and Compound Kali Ziran Tincture is effective and safe for children with vitiligo.
