摘要
制备了氧化钕-单壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(Nd2O3-SWNTs/GCE)。采用循环伏安法(CV)探究了鸟嘌呤(G)和腺嘌呤(A)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:该修饰电极对G和A的氧化具有良好的电催化能力。在最佳条件下,用示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)对G和A进行检测,其氧化峰电流与浓度分别在10~50μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)均为5.0×10^-8 mol/L。该修饰电极可以用来同时测定DNA中的G和A。
A single-walled carbon nanotubes-Nd2 O3 modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared. Cyclic voltammetry(CV) was used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of guanine and adenine on the modified electrode. The results indicated that the modified electrode showed a good electric catalytic ability for the oxidation of guanine and adenine. Differential pulse voltammetry was used to detect guanine and adenine. The oxidation peak current of guanine and adenine was linear with their concentration at the range of 10~50μmol/L,respectively with a detection limit of 5.0×10^-8 mol/L(S/N= 3). The modified electrode can be used to simultaneously determine guanine and adenine in DNA.
