影响宝钢烧结过程稳定性因素的探讨

摘要 结合宝钢烧结生产的实际经验,运用六西格玛方法分析了影响烧结过程稳定性的因素,按西格玛水平、负效益、时间等因子进行权重打分筛选,找出了两个重要的可控因素。根据宝钢高炉、烧结生产和配矿的实际特点,于2012年9月17日至11月5日在宝钢1DL、2DL上进行了高炉槽下烧结返粉配比、三期匀矿使用模式试验。在原燃料等外部条件未出现较大变化的情况下,重点考察了槽下返粉和三期匀矿几种使用模式下烧结生产过程的稳定性和烧结矿质量指标的变化情况,摸索出了目前宝钢1DL、2DL烧结过程稳定性最好的搭配模式,为烧结生产稳定性研究做了有益的探索。 In combination with practical experience of Baosteel sintering production, the factors which influence the sintering process stability were analyzed by using the 6σ method, and the two important controllable factors were found out by weighing and selecting in accordance with such weight factors as the 6σ level, negative benefit and time. In accordance with the actual characteristics of Baosteel blast furnaee,sintcring production and proportioning,from Sep 17 to Nov 5 of 2012, different modes of tests were conducted,involving proportion of sinter return fines under BF bin and phase 3 blending ore use in No. 1 and No. 2 sinter machine. In the case of no big change of external conditions of raw materials and fuels, the stability of sintering production process and variation of sinter quality indexes under BF bin return fines and phase 3 blending ores use mode were investigated, the best matching mode of Baosteel 1DL and 2DL sintering process stability was figured out.
