摘要
通过二级数据库系统采集烧结厂与余热电厂的生产数据,分析影响发电量及自耗电占比的主要因素,开发出服务器端应用程序及客户端操作界面,实现生产信息网络化管理;建立烟气循环风机的专家规则库模型,实现循环风机自动跟随控制;监控环冷机冷却过程,合理分配冷却风量,有效应对烧结生产中的各种波动工况,提高热能回收利用率,减少因人为因素而导致的自耗电无意义损耗;同时对余热电厂生产中汽轮机主调门控制提供指导操作,最终达到提高发电量降低自耗电占比的目标,提升经济效益。
Through collection of production data of sintering plant and waste heat power generation plant by the second level database system and analysis of main factors influencing the power generation and self-consuming electricity percentage, the server-side application program and the client-side operation interface were developed, and the network management of production information was realized;The expert rule base model for the flue gas recirculation fan was established, and automatic following control of the circulation fan was realized ; The cooling process of the circular cooler was monitored, the cooling air volume was distributed reasonably, the various fluctuation working conditions were effectively dealt with, the heat recovery utilization rate was improved, and the self-consuming electricity and meaningless loss caused by human factors were decreased;Meanwhile, guided operation was provided for the main regulating valve control of turbine in the waste heat power generation to reach the goal of improving power generation and reducing self-consumption percentage of electricity ultimately and promote economic benefits.
