摘要
根据铸铁件的特殊性,提出铸铁件的电镀应选择电流效率高的酸性电镀体系。探讨了铸铁件酸性电镀锌镍合金流程中各工序的技术规范和控制要点,指出了电镀过程中的常见故障,分析了失效原因,并提出相应的解决措施。
Due to the particularity of iron castings, it is suggested that the iron castings should be electroplated in an acidic bath with high current efficiency. The technical specification and key control points for each procedure of acidic zinc-nickel alloy electroplating on iron castings were discussed. The common faults during the electroplating process were described and analyzed, and their corresponding solution measures were presented.
