Librarians Occupation Crisis Research under Marginalization

知识经济以及互联网的发展,对传统图书馆的服务模式提出了挑战,图书馆员面临着知识结构更新和服务角色转换而带来的职业危机。本文分析了图书馆员职业危机的现状及形成原因,从推进图书馆职业准入制度、实施图书馆员继续教育制度、创新读者服务模式以及弘扬核心职业价值等方面提出了应对职业危机的策略。

Knowledge economy and the development of the Internet pose a challenge to the traditional library service model. The librarians are facing the career crsis which brought about by knowledge structure updates and service occupations role reversal. This paper analyzes the status and the causes of the professional librarian crisis and responses to the crisis of career from improving the library professional admittance system, implementing librarian continuing education system, irmovating reader service mode, and promoting core occupation values.
