生态专用肥在枸杞生产上的应用

Application of Special Fertilizer to the Production of Lycium barbarum L

以"宁杞2号"枸杞为试验材料,研究4种肥料对柴达木地区枸杞植株生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,施用枸杞专用肥,产量可达3 411.5kg/667m2,比对照增产55.19%,施用山东有机肥产量比对照增产39.21%,施用湖北有机肥产量比对照增产24.00%。施用枸杞专用肥后,枸杞多糖、总糖和氨基酸质量分数比对照化肥分别提高39.72%、9.25%和5.95%。枸杞专用肥作为一种新型的生物有机肥,有较大的推广利用价值。

In order to investigate the effects of fertilizer on growth,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum plant in Chaidamu Basin,＂Ningqi No.2＂was treated with four kinds of fertilizer.The result showed that the yield of the Lycium barbarum treated with special fertilizer reached to 3 411.5kg/667m2;compared with the control,the yield of the Lycium barbarum gained by 55.19%for the special fertilizer,39.21%for Shandong organic fertilizer and 24.00%for Hubei organic fertilizer,respectively.The special fertilizer resulted in the increase of the polysaccharide content by 39.72%,total carbohydrate content by 9.25%and amino acid content by 5.95%in Lycium barbarumfruits compared with the control.It was suggested that Lycium barbarumspecial fertilizer is a kind of novel biological organic fertilizer that should be used widely.
