芹菜茎叶提取物对菜粉蝶拒食作用和产卵行为的影响

Effect of Extracts from Apium graveolens on Antifeedant and Oviposition Repellent to Pieris rapae

为明确芹菜茎叶提取物对菜粉蝶拒食作用和产卵行为的影响,采用水蒸气蒸馏法从芹菜中提取其挥发性次生物质,以菜粉蝶成幼虫为供试昆虫,测定芹菜提取物对幼虫拒食作用和对成虫产卵行为的影响。结果表明,芹菜茎叶提取物对幼虫具有显著的拒食作用,对成虫具有一定的产卵忌避作用。当提取物质量浓度为1 000g/L时,处理24、48和72h对幼虫的选择性拒食率分别为62.5%、77.7%和84.3%,非选择性拒食率分别为65.4%、76.5%和82.5%,对成虫的选择性忌避率分别为86.8%、75.2%和58.5%,非选择性忌避率分别为72.6%、64.4%和43.4%。

In order to determine the effect on effect of extracts fromApium graveolens on antifeedant and oviposition repellent to Pieris rapae,volatile matter was extracted from stem and leaves of Apium graveolens by steam distillation.Biological activity of Pieris rapae was tested to evaluate the antifeedant effect and oviposition repellent of Apium graveolens extracts.The results showed that extracts of Apium graveolens had strong antifeedant effect on Pieris rapae 3-instar larvae and repellent effect to Pieris rapae.When the extract concentration was 1 000g/L,selective antifeedant rate of pieris was 62.5%,77.7%and 84.3%,non-selective antifeedant rate of pieris was 65.4%,76.5%and 82.5%,selective repellent rates of pieris was 86.8%,75.2%and 58.5%,non-selective repellent rate of pieris was 72.6%,64.4% and 43.4% respectively at 24 h,48hand 72 h.
