矿业经济区的特征、划定原则与方法研究

矿业经济区是合理开发利用矿产资源、有效支配矿业经济区活动、促进区域经济发展和全国经济一体化的重要载体。本文首先分析了矿业经济区的发展概况,并给出了其定义;其次,文章阐述了矿业经济区的特征,并针对这些特征指出在划定矿业经济区时应当遵循成矿客观性原则、资源指向性原则、矿业经济贡献原则,以及与区域综合发展协同等原则;最后,文章提出了应用GIS和统计分析进行矿业经济区划的具体方法,以全国重要成矿区带为基础,分析区域矿产资源禀赋、确定不同矿产类型的矿点空间分布信息,再综合分析矿业的经济贡献,并研究矿业经济区与国家主体功能区的协调性,最终在全国范围内划定矿业经济区。

The mining economic region is an important media of rationally developing mining resources , effectively operating mining activities ,and advancing regional economic development and domestic economy integration .Firstly ,this paper analyzes the development profile of the mining economic region and addresses the perspectives of the authors ;secondly ,it explains the characteristic of the mining economic region and describes the principles of the objectivity ,resource-directivity ,mining economy contribution and regional comprehensive development ;Finally ,emphasizes the application of GIS and statistical analysis on mining economy classification ,analyzes regional mining resources endowment and location identification of mining spots of different mining types based on the national metalloenic belts ,comprehensively analyzes the economic contribution of the mining industry ,explores the coordination between the mining economic zone and state main functional regions ,and finally classifies the mining economic zones nationwide .
