黑皮质素受体4基因在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

The expression of mehmocortin 4 receptor gene in lung cancer and its clinical significance

目的 观察人肺癌组织中黑皮素受体4（MC4R）基因的表达.方法 应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法检测15例肺癌及其癌旁组织中MC4R mRNA的相对表达量,并采用Western blot法检测上述组织中MC4R蛋白表达.结果 80.0％ （12/15）的肺癌组织中MC4R mRNA和蛋白表达上调,而癌旁组织中26.7％ （4/15）该基因表达上调和蛋白表达增加,两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 肺癌组织中MC4R表达处于上调状态,可能在肺癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用.

Objective To observe the expression of mehmocortin 4 receptor （MC4R） gene in human lung cancer.Methods The samples were obtained from 15 cases with lung cancer specimens.Semiquantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） strategies and Western blot were used for analyzing the MC4R mRNA and protein expression in 15 samples and adjacent noncanerous tissues.Results MC4R mRNA and protein expression was increased in 80.0％ of human lung cancer and in 26.7％ of adjacent noncanerous tissues （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion MC4R activation might be in human lung cancer.MC4R gene may play some roles in the pathogenesis of human lung cancer.
