Gioblastoma transcriptional factor expression and its significance in lung adenocarcinoma

目的 探讨胶质母细胞瘤转录因子（Gli1）在肺腺癌中的表达及其意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶（SP）法检测40例肺腺癌组织及40例癌旁组织中的Gli1蛋白的表达,并对肺腺癌组中Gli1的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系进行分析.结果 40例肺腺癌组织中的Gli1阳性率为100％,40例癌旁组织中的Gli1阳性率为0,两组Gli1阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;肺腺癌组中Gli1阳性表达率与分化程度、淋巴结是否转移明显相关（P＜0.05）,而Gli1阳性表达率与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及TNM分期无明显相关（P＞0.05）.结论 Gli1在肺腺癌进展中具有重要作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of gioblastoma transcriptional factor （Gli1） and its significance in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Gli1 protein in 40 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissues and 40 cases of adjacent normal tissues was detected by the immunohistochemical streptavid-in-peroxidase （SP） method.The relationship between the expression of Gli1 protein and clinicopathological features in lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive rate of Gli1 in 40 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was 100％,and that was 0 in the adjacent normal tissues （P ＜0.01）.Gli1 positive expression rate was significantly correlated with degree of differentiation of lung adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis （P ＜0.05）,but not with age,gender,tumor size,histological type and TNM stage （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Gli1 may play an important role in the progression of lung cancer.
