The cognitive function of juvenile patients with hypertension is usually impaired to a certain degree, mainly in executive function, memory, attention, etc. And cerebrovascular reactivity may also be reduced. Correct understanding of cognitive function and changes in the cerebrovascular reactivity of juvenile patients with hypertension is clinically beneficial to early intervention.
