摘要
患者女,59岁,拟诊"阵发性室上性心动过速",接受右心房界嵴上射频消融术。术后再发心动过速和晕厥,动态心电图提示高度窦房阻滞。
A59-year-oldfemalewaspreliminarilydiagnosedwith“paroxysmalsupraventricular tachycardia”and underwent radiofrequency ablation at crista terminalis atrii dextri.After the ablation,the patient got another tachycardia and syncope,with a high degree of sino-atrial block suggested by ambulatory electrocardiography.
