食管调搏术终止新生儿左室特发性室性心动过速1例 被引量:1

摘要 左室特发性室性心动过速是分支型室速(又称特发性室速)的一种,为临床相对较少见的一类心律失常,常见于无器质性心脏病的儿童,较少报道发生于新生儿。它虽然属于良性室速,但若发作时间过长,仍会危及患者生命;临床上多选用维拉帕米复律,但新生儿禁用此药。笔者采用无创的经食管调搏术成功复律新生儿室速,跟踪随访未见复发。
