2010-2012年宁夏法定传染病网络报告信息质量分析

2010-2012 Quality Analysis of Network Reports on Notifiable Infections Diseases in Ningxia

目的分析2010-2012年宁夏法定传染病网络报告信息质量,为提高全区法定传染病网络报告信息质量提供依据。方法从国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中导出2010-2012年的监测数据进行分析。结果 2010-2012年全区各级医疗机构共报告各类传染病报告卡127394张;未及时报告率3年平均为0.08%,3年间未及时报告率差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.51,P<0.05);未及时审核率为0.06%,报告和审核时间在规定报告、审核期限内逐年缩短(χ2=8.883/9.680,P<0.05);2010-2012年全区法定传染病报告卡重卡率呈上升趋势(χ2=215.62,P<0.05),3年重卡率平均为3.16%;2010-2012年宁夏全区法定传染病报告县(区)零缺报率均为0%,法定传染病网络报告信息质量综合指数率为0.51%。结论 2010-2012年全区法定传染病网络报告信息质量在逐年提高,但需要加强对传染病报告卡片的审核,及时识别重卡;另外传染病网络报告的规范化,还需从传染病网络报告过程的各个环节来进一步完善。

Objective To analyze the quality of network report information on notifiable infectious diseases in Ningxia from 2010 to 2012 and to provide the basis for further enhancing the regiong quality of notifiable infectious networks. Methods The analysis was conducted on the Monitoring data of 2010 -2012 obtained from the national “disease surveillance information reporting management system”. Results In 2010 - 2012, a to- tal of 127394 kinds of infectious disease report cards was reported at all levels of medical institutions in Ningx- ia. 3 year of the overdue report rate was 0.08% （ the rate for each year were 0.14% ,0.06% ,0.04% ） and overdue verification was 0.06% （0.07% , 0.07% , 0.06% ）. Duplication report was 1. 88% （0.48% , 3.97% ,4.87% ）. The composite index on quality of notifiable infectious diseases was 0.51%. Conclusion Standardization of network report of infectious diseases need to be improved from each linking process of net- work report of infectious diseases in Ningxia.
