摘要
在分析航天器火工分离螺母构造、功能及工作原理的基础上,确定了火工分离螺母释放可靠性特征量。以计量型可靠性试验为基本思路,应用"应力-强度"干涉理论,提出了一种火工分离螺母释放可靠性验证试验方法,包括试验方法的选择、试验件状态及试验条件的确定、测试数据采集和可靠性评估方法。应用示例表明,某航天器火工分离螺母释放动力与释放阻力相比具有足够的裕度,释放可靠度满足指标要求。该方法可为火工分离螺母释放可靠性验证提供参考。
Based on the analysis of spacecraft pyrotechnic separation nut's components, functions and principles, the release reliability characteristic parameters of pyrotechnic separation nut are given. According to the basic consideration of computation-type reliability test method and based on the interference theory of stress and strength, a validation test method for release reliability of pyrotechnic separation nut is proposed, including test method choosing, determination of test state and conditions, test data gathering and reliability assessment method. An example shows that the pyrotechnic separation nut has much higher driven force than the resistance to release, and its release reliability satisfies the requirement. The method offers a reference for release reliability validation of pyrotechnic separation nut.
