摘要
标准的卫生纸机损纸系统都包含一套设备用于提高纸机损纸浆池输送来的损纸浆的质量,这一套设备需要在生产过程中保持正常运行,以便处理由于断纸,更换刮刀和后加工造成的损纸。通常损纸系统设备的处理能力较小,损纸的处理质量不会太好,并且损纸系统的运行会产生运行费用。我们发现一个方法,既可以提高损纸的质量又能降低运行成本,并且可以增加纸机的运行效率和使卫生纸机的操作相对简单。
The standard tissue machine＇s broke system design including a set of equipment to improve the broke quality which pumped back from the machine broke chest, all these equipment need keep running during production to handle the waste paper caused by sheet break, doctor blade change and after-machine equipment. But normally the capicity of broke handling equipment are designed small and not capacitate enough to make broke quality better, also the broke system keep running will cost money. Now we find a good way to improve the broke quality and at the same time save cost during production, also increase the efficiency of the tissue machine and make the tissue machine operating easier.
