摘要
水分是影响稻米储藏、加工的重要因素,在实际操作过程中,如果对水分控制不够严格,会致使大量的稻米霉变生虫,造成严重损失。本文主要研究如何控制和调节稻米在不同状态与环境中的水分,以达到长期储藏稻谷和大米、并充分保持大米新鲜度的目的。
Moisture is an important influ practical operation process, if not control st will bring serious losses. The research on m cessing can help the rice to have an extended ence factor in processing and storage for rice. I rictly to moisture control, the moldy rice and oisture control and conditioning in storage and shelf life and be kept fresh. pest pro-cessing can help the rice to have an extended shelf life and be kept fresh.
