摘要
采用置换色谱法分离纯化了大豆磷脂,研究表明:以二氯甲烷-甲醇为流动相、置换剂选择10%乙醇胺、流速0.5 mL/min、上样量为110 mg,在此置换条件下,获得的PE、PC、PI含量可进一步富集,分别为从52.9%、8.7%、30%增长至78.8%、45.3%、84%,其回收率分别为48.4%、81.6%、65.9%。
The soybean phospholipid was separated and purified by displacement chromatog- raphy. Results show that taking dichloromethane- methanol as mobile phase, 10% ethanol a- mine as displacing agent, 0.5 mL/min as the flow rate, 110 mg as the sample volume, in this re- placement condition, obtained PE, PC, PI content can be further enriched, respectively from 52. 9%, 8.7%, 30% growth to 78.8%, 45.3%, 84%, the recovery rate is 48.4%, 81.6%, 65.9%.
