摘要
针对自动螺钉装配系统中自动螺钉输送机、X-Y螺钉装配机械手和移动工作平台组成部分的特点,研究设计了以PLC和触摸屏作为系统的主要控制单元,实现了螺钉装配的自动控制。
Aiming at the characteristics of the automatic screw conveyor, X - Y screw assem- bly manipulator and mobile working platform component in the automatic screw assembly sys- tem, the main control unit based on PLC and touch screen was researched and designed, to realize the automatic control screw assembly.
