摘要
根据有轨电车及整体道床特点,对有轨电车支承层弹性模量的取值进行研究,分析在列车荷载作用下支承层及轨道板的受力情况,采用弹性模量折减的方式考虑支承层开裂后对应力重分布的影响。以某有轨电车工程为例,建立弹性地基上的叠合梁模型及3D实体有限元模型,对支承层与整体道床的应力状态进行计算,提出随着支承层模量的变化,轨道板及支承层内应力重分布的规律,并给出支承层弹性模量的建议值。
Considering the characteristics of modern tram & integrated ballast bed, the value of elastic modulus of the supporting course is researched to analyze the stress conditions of the supporting course & track board under tram load. The influences on stress distribution are considered after the supporting course cracking by elastic modulus reduction method. Taking some tram project for example, the relevant composite beam model on elastic foundation and 3D finite element model are established to calculate the stress condition of supporting course and integrated ballast bed. Finally, the stress distribution rules are proposed with the developing of supporting course modulus and a suggested value is recommended.
