CA125、CA153、CA199、CEA联合检测对肺癌与肺结核的鉴别诊断价值及疗效评估价值

Serum CA199,CA153 and CA125 levels applied research radioimmunoassay in diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors

目的探讨血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA联合检测在呼吸系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法选择呼吸系统恶性肿瘤患者321例作为恶性肿瘤组,呼吸系统良性病变患者225例为良性病变组,健康体检者206例作为对照组。应用放射免疫法测定三组患者血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA阳性例数及表达水平,并计算出单一检测及联合检测时的敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA阳性比例及水平均高于良性病变组及正常组(P<0.05)。CA125+CEA+CA199联合时敏感度、特异度、准确度分别提高至67.25%、84.43%、78.92%,均高于各指标单一检测时的结果(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA能够提高呼吸系统恶性肿瘤的诊断效能。

Objective To investigate the value of serum CA125, CA153 and CA199 combined detection of malignant tumors in the digestive system diagnosis. Methods Totally 321 cases of patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system as a group of malignant tumors, benign lesions were 225 cases of digestive benign lesions,206 cases of healthy people as a control group. Results Measured by radioimmunoassay three groups of patients with serum CA125, CA153 and CA199 levels and expression of positive cases, and calculate the sensitivity, specificity and single detection when combined detection accuracy. The results of serum tumor CA125, CA153 and CA199 positive and were higher than the proportion of benign lesions and normal group （P 〈0.05）. CA125 ＋ CEA ＋ CA199 three joint when the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were increased to 67.25% ,84.43 % ,78. 92%, higher than the results of the detection of a single index （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA125, CA153 and CA199 can improve the diag- nostic performance of the digestive system cancer.
