含风电系统中正负旋转备用容量的最优分配 被引量:5

摘要 含风电系统采用配置旋转备用容量,即预留部分火电出力填补风电的间歇性出力和其他随机不确定性情况是保证系统供电平衡的方法。文章兼顾系统运行的经济性、可靠性两方面,构建旋转备用容量效益模型,考虑了正旋转备用容量成本费、负旋转备用容量发电收益以及系统配置旋转备用容量后电量不足期望值的明显减小等因素。利用等效电量函数描述火电和风电出力,通过随机生产模拟计算方法来优化旋转备用容量在投入运行的火电机组间的分配。仿真算例结果表明,文章的模型合理,为风电大规模并网运行提供可行性依据。 A suitable spinning reserve capacity, which is a portion of thermal power output set aside to fill the intermittent output caused by wind power and other random uncertainty, can ensure power supply balance of system that contains wind power. Based on both economy and reliability, a spinning reserve capacity effective model is built, which considers cost of plus spinning reserve capacity, power generation revenues of minus spinning reserve capacity and significantly reduced expectation of insufficient electricity quantity caused by allocation of spinning reserve capacity, etc. The equivalent power function is used to describe output of thermal power and wind power, and probabilistic production simulation is used to optimize the allocation of spinning reserve capacity from running thermal power units. According to simulation results, the proposed model has a certain rationality and provides reliable reference to the operation between large-scale wind power and grid.
