摘要
△3-△2-烯酰—辅酶A异构酶(△3-△2-enoyl-CoA isomerase,ECI)是生物体内核编码的酶,是参与β氧化过程中奇数和偶数位双键新陈代谢所必需的辅酶,它通过将不同位置和长度的反式或顺式-3烯酯酰辅酶A转化为反式-2烯酯酰辅酶A来催化β氧化反应,是该途径的关键辅酶。研究结果表明,该基因编码的酶对鼠和人等多种生物中不饱和脂肪酸β氧化有调控作用。综述ECI基因在细胞中的定位及分类、ECI基因表达对不饱和脂肪酸代谢的影响及其作用途径,并展望ECI基因今后的研究重点和方向。
As a nuclear gene in organism,△^3,△^2noyl-CoA isomerase(ECI)is required for the breakdown of fatty acids with double bonds at both odd-and even numbered positions.It can intermediate beta-oxidation of fatty acids by catalyzing the transformation of 3-cis or 3-trans-enoyl-CoA in different position and variant length into the 2-trans-enoyl-CoA,which has been reported in the regulation function of ECI in beta-oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids of various species such as rat and people.In this paper,we reviewed localization and classification of the ECI,the expression of ECIgene influencing on unsaturated fatty acids metabolism,we also put forward the future research focus about the ECI gene.
