葡萄原花青素活性组分的分离及其对肉仔鸡外周血淋巴细胞增殖的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验通过分离葡萄原花青素(grape procyandins,GPC)混合物的不同组分,研究其对肉仔鸡外周血淋巴细胞(PBLs)增殖的影响,为筛选GPC功能组分提供依据和方法借鉴。首先选取0、0.24、1.2、6.0、30、150μg/mL 6个终浓度的GPC混合物,确定混合物对肉仔鸡PBLs增殖效果最佳的浓度;然后通过反相高效液相色谱(RT-HPLC)实时分馏,得到GPC最佳浓度时的不同组分;选取GPC最佳浓度的不同组分,研究其对肉仔鸡PBLs增殖效果的最佳组分。结果显示,对肉仔鸡PBLs增殖效果最佳的GPC浓度为30μg/mL,最佳组分为16-25min馏出组分。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of grape procyandins(GPC)and its ingredients on the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBLs)of broiler,and to develop the method to screen active ingredients of GPC.Six concentrations(0,0.24,1.2,6.0,30,150μg/mL)of GPC were chosen to study the best concentration on the proliferation of PBLs of chickens.RT-HPLC was used to gotten chromatograms of GPC,different ingredients were gotten by Real-time fractionation and different ingredients in the best concentration were used to get the best one.The result showed that the best concentration of GPC was 30μg/mL and the best ingredient fraction was 16 to 25min.
