河南省拟孕妇女健康促进和卫生服务利用基线调查分析

Baseline analysis on health promotion and health services utilization of women preparing for pregnancy in Henan province

目的了解"国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目"实施前,河南省拟孕妇女接受健康促进和卫生服务利用的一般状况。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样,抽取4县区40个乡2 011名计划怀孕妇女作为调查对象,通过问卷调查了解拟孕妇女接受的健康咨询和卫生服务情况。结果 1年内,47.05%的调查对象接收生殖健康宣传资料,52.01%的调查对象到相关医疗服务机构做过各种与生育内容有关的咨询和卫生服务,各县区间差异明显,辉县和孟州孕前咨询具有优势。结论拟孕妇女接受健康促进和卫生服务利用的状况有待提高,"国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目"将有效改善其现状。

Objective To investigate the baseline condition of health examination and health consultation of women preparing for pregnancy in Henan province before National Free Pro - gestation Eugenic Project. Methods 2 011 women preparing for pregnancy from 40 villages of 4 counties were selected by multistage random cluster sampling. Questionnaire survey was applied to measure condition of health consultation among these women. Results During the last year, 47.05% women have accepted reproductive health promotion material and 52.01% women have been to medical service institute for consultancy service ; Besides reproductive tract infection （ RTI）, other consuhancy services/health services differed in different counties; Huixian county and Mengzhou county were in the same category which had advantage in consuhancy services. Conclusion Condition of health examination and health consultation of women preparing for pregnancy are poor. The National Free Pro - gestation Eugenic Project could improve the situation effectively.
