摘要
随着数据中心的大规模发展,在保障数据中心稳定运行的前提下,减少空调系统能耗成为暖通空调设计师的首要任务。本文针对水冷冷水机组加自然冷却方案,给出了冷源系统的节能措施。分析了机房温湿度及新风量要求的节能潜力。结合具体工程案例,介绍了CFD模拟在气流组织分析中起到的节能作用。从部分负荷运行、冷源工况切换、主机房精密空调集中控制方面阐述了空调系统的节能控制。
With the large-scale development of data centers, under the premise of ensu-ring stable operation, reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning systems becomes the primary task to HVAC designers. According to the water-cooled chillers plus natural cooling measures, this paper gives the energy-saving measures for the cold source system. The potential of energy saving from the room humiture and fresh air requirement is ana-lyzed. Combining with the specific project, the paper introduces the energy-saving role of CFD simulation in air distribution. The energy saving control of air conditioning system is expounded from the aspects of sectional loads operation, cold source operating mode switch and precision air conditioning centralized control.
