人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床观察

Clinical observation of application of drospirenone ethinylestradiol after artificial abortion

目的探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇片应用于人工流产术后,对减少出血、促进子宫内膜恢复、月经复潮的临床作用。方法收集人工流产术后妇女136例,随机分为两组,治疗组于人工流产术后立即给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片、抗生素、五加生化胶囊;对照组仅给予抗生素、五加生化胶囊。对两组的治疗效果进行临床观察。结果治疗组术后阴道出血量少于妊娠前月经量的人数所占比例高于对照组(x^2=11.942,P<0.05),阴道出血≤3天的人数所占比例高于对照组(x^2=17.960,P<0.05),术后14天测定子宫内膜厚度高于对照组(t=2.845,P<0.05),人工流产术后≤30天内月经转经者所占比例明显高于对照组(x^2=75.210,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论人工流产术后立即服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片能减少阴道出血量,缩短月经复潮时间,促进子宫内膜恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol on reducing vaginal bleeding, promoting endometrium recovery and menstruation resumption in artificial abortion. Methods Totally 136 women after artificial abortion were divided into two groups, experiment group and control group. The control group was given antibiotics and biochemical capsules orally, while the experiment group was given drospirenone ethinylestradiol additionally. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results In the experiment group, the proportion of women with less postoperative vaginal bleeding than menstrual amount, that of women with vaginal bleeding ≤3 days, and that of women with menopause within 30 days after artificial abortion were significantly higher than those in the control group （X2 value was 11. 942, 17. 960 and 75. 210, respectively, all P 〈 0.05 ）. The thickness of endometrium at the 14th day after surgery was greater in the experiment group than the control group （t = 2. 845 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences were significant. Conclusion Application of drospirenone ethinylestradiol immediately after artificial abortion can reduce vaginal bleeding amount, shorten the time of menstruation resumption and promote endometrium recovery.
