摘要
目的：探讨加强院前急救人员培训对心肺复苏技术的影响。方法对比首钢医院院前急救站2008年1月~2009年12月与2011年1月~2012年12月院前心肺复苏技术。结果两组胸外按压开始时间、球囊面罩给氧开始时间、电除颤开始时间和心电监护开始时间有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论加强急救人员培训、提高协作能力是缩短心肺复苏技术开始时间的有效方法。
Objective To explore the effects of strengthening training of pre-hospital first-aid personnel on CRP tech-nology. Methods Pre-hospital CRP technology in pre-hospital first-aid station in Shougang Hospital was compared be-tween two periods of time, January 2008 to December 2009 and January 2011 to December 2012. Results Start time of external chest compression, start time of giving oxygen via ballon masks, start time of electric defibrillation and start time of electrocardiograph monitoring between the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Strength-ening the training of first-aid personnel and improving cooperative ability are effective methods to shorten the start time of CRP technology.
