摘要
在我国当前法科人才的培养过程中,"趋同"问题比较严重,大部分人才缺乏相应的科研创新和社会实践能力,这与传统人才培养模式的落后存在很大的关系。文章从体验式教学的角度出发,分析体验式教学法的主要特征和在法科人才培养中的应用途径,最后就其实施效果进行了总结,旨在为我国的法制化进程提供更多能够适应社会发展需求的卓越法科人才。
In the cultivation of legal talents, homogeneous models occur. Consequently, most of the talents lack creativity and social practice abilities. It is argued that the experiencing model can contribute to the cultivation of creative legal talents. This paper analyzes the main features of the model and its means of application as well as its implementation effects in the hope of assisting the cultivation of "Excellent Legal Talents" for social demands.
