摘要
塑料助剂对于塑料性能的完善起到至关重要的作用,但因其对人身健康和环境可能带来风险的问题,促使各国纷纷制定了相应的法规和标准。介绍了欧盟塑料助剂法规的发展及标准体系,结合我国法规现状进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。
A crucial role was performed by plastic additives which have been used for improving performance of plastic wildly. But the safety of the individuals and environment was threatened by the hazardous substances plastics additives contain and the relative regulations and legislations have been issued constantly. Systems of legislations and regulations were analyzed with the purpose of making a comparative analysis between European Union and China and also proposing the necessary suggestions about the current policies.
