聚合物中无机微纳米阻燃剂分散技术的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 综述了近年来无机微纳米阻燃剂的分散技术,除介绍插层复合法、溶胶-凝胶法、熔融共混法等常用分散方法外,着重介绍了近年来加工领域的研究成果,包括原位气泡拉伸法、三螺杆挤出机等新的分散技术与加工设备,这些分散技术和装备为制备阻燃性能和力学性能更优越的环境友好型阻燃复合材料提供基础并使其有更大发展空间。 Recent development of dispersion technology of inorganic micro-nano flame retardant is reviewed. In addition to traditional dispersion technology such as intercalating composite, sol-gel and blending, research achievements in dispersion technology and processing equipment including in situ bubble stretching and triple screw extruder is mainly discussed. These dispersion technologies and devices will lay a solid foundation for the preparation of environmental friendly flame retardant composite with better flame retardant and mechanical performance and promote their further development.
